Challenge:
Managing multiple restaurant branches without a centralized system made it difficult for the Abaca Group to track operations, resolve maintenance issues, and collect customer feedback efficiently. They needed a solution to unify processes and improve operational visibility.
Solution:
We developed Rule No. 1, a full restaurant group management system with modules for Audit, Feedback, Promos, Maintenance, Commissary, and Daily Sales Report, enabling seamless operations across all branches. The system allowed the company to track job orders, manage inventory, and improve communication between teams.
Impact:
From June 2017 - May 2021:
38,632 item orders processed in the commissary system
2,163 customer feedback reports recorded
3,354 maintenance job orders resolved and 332 store audits conducted
